While therapy can be a powerful space for healing and reflection, it’s not designed for emergency or crisis situations. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, or in need of immediate support, please reach out to one of the services below.
You are not alone—help is available.

If you're under the care of a mental health team, you can contact your Crisis Line or Duty Worker directly. You may also be able to access support through your GP or local NHS Mental Health Services.
Emergency Services
If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
NHS 111
For urgent but non-life-threatening medical or mental health advice, call 111.
As a private therapist, I’m not able to offer emergency or out-of-hours support. If you’re unsure where to turn, please use one of the services above—they’re here to help, and you deserve support that’s immediate and safe.
If you’d like to arrange a free 20-minute telephone consultation, you’re warmly invited to get in touch:
If you feel comfortable, it’s helpful to include a brief note about what’s bringing you to therapy. This can guide how we begin, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.
Your initial 15-20 minute telephone consultation is free of charge.
I aim to keep my sessions accessible, with affordable fees and concession rates available for certain groups. Each appointment offers a full hour of dedicated therapeutic time, giving us the space we need to work at a comfortable pace.
