Crisis Support

While therapy can be a powerful space for healing and reflection, it’s not designed for emergency or crisis situations. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, or in need of immediate support, please reach out to one of the services below.

You are not alone—help is available.

Local Crisis Services

If you're under the care of a mental health team, you can contact your Crisis Line or Duty Worker directly. You may also be able to access support through your GP or local NHS Mental Health Services.

Get in touch

If you’d like to arrange a free 20-minute telephone consultation, you’re warmly invited to get in touch:

  • Call: 07418 635 090
  • Email: annardavies@proton.me
  • Or complete the online contact form here

If you feel comfortable, it’s helpful to include a brief note about what’s bringing you to therapy. This can guide how we begin, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

Your initial 15-20 minute telephone consultation is free of charge.

I aim to keep my sessions accessible, with affordable fees and concession rates available for certain groups. Each appointment offers a full hour of dedicated therapeutic time, giving us the space we need to work at a comfortable pace.
